The collection includes a three-part typescript copy of a diary by Kuzḿina-Karavaeva concerning the arrest of her husband by the Soviets and her years spent in Finland awaiting his return (1945-1954). Kuzḿin-Karavaev's memoirs include a four-part typescript memoir concerning his experiences as a prisoner in Soviet prison camps, a typescript memoir about his return to Finland, and memoirs on his childhood and Russian military education.

The papers of Titov. The collection consists of correspondence, manuscripts, one case file and printed material. The correspondence is almost entirely copies of letters sent by M.S. Titov on behalf of ROVS. The manuscripts are in typescript form and incorporate original letters, photographs and personal documents. They deal with the theory of military fortifications and with military education in Russia. Also included in the collection is one case file from the ROVS Court of Honor and miscellaneous printed and mimeo materials pertaining to ROVS in Argentina.

Papers of Petr S. Makhrov, consisting primarily of extensive manuscript memoirs. Emigrating to France, he became a leading figure in the "Soviet patriotic" movement during and after World War II. His memoirs, in thousands of pages, discuss all aspects of his career. The papers also include correspondence, documents, photographs, and printed materials. There are orders (prikazy) from World War I and the Civil War, and reports and telegrams from his time in Poland. There is a copy of "Russkie v Gallipoli" autographed by Wrangel, and a photograph album entitled "Russkai︠a︡ armii︠a︡ na Balkanakh." Also included is the 1841 report of the director of the Imperial Military Academy in St. Petersburg, General Sukhozanet.

Vladimir A. Kamenskii Memoirs, 1920-1974

Manuscript and typescript memoirs (in all 600 p.) that deal chiefly with Kamenskiĭ's military education, the imperial court, his service during World War I, his service as General Petr Wrangel's diplomatic courier in 1921-24, and the emigration in France. Part of the manuscripts on World War I consists of copies of his diary. Some hand-drawn maps, photographs, and six copies of the bulletin of the organization of veterans of the Jaeger Regiment complete the collection.
