Typed memoirs "Itogi semidesiatiletiia" discuss such topics as Isheev's family and education; the 1905 Revolution in Riga and Jelgava; his contacts with the world of theatre and journalism in Russia; World War I and the Civil War; and the emigration in Bulgaria, France, and the United States, where he was again involved with cultural activities and journalism.

Cataloged correspondence includes one or two letters each from Nikolaĭ Astrov, Vladimir Kokovt︠s︡ov, Evgraf Kovalevskiĭ, and Grand Duke Vladimir Kirillovich. There are also many letters from Migulin's sister in Leningrad from 1922-1938. Manuscripts by Migulin deal with financial and agrarian policies of the Tsarist and Soviet governments, the Russo-Japamese War, the causes of the Revolution, and reign of Nicholas II. There are materials concerning the education of Russian children in emigration in France, and printed materials which consist of an issue of "Chasovoĭ," some offprints and clippings.

Lists, subject files, photographs, etchings and printed materials relating to the Pazheskii Korpus (imperial Corps of Pages), a school for the sons of the Russian nobility founded in 1802, and the Soiuz Pazhei (Union of Pages), the emigré alumni organization founded in 1920. The materials were collected by representatives of the Union of Pages. The collection consists chiefly of mimeographed newsletters, books, printed mementoes, such as programs, menus, tickets, and school forms, and of pictorial materials, especially photographs and etchings. The great majority of the materials pertain to the Imperial Corps of Pages and to Russia's imperial family, and include many unusual photographs portraying school life and the life of the family of Nicholas II. There are also old photographs of Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Tsarskoe Selo, printed reports of the State Council for 1894-99, newsletters published by the Union of Pages and miscellaneous Russian and foreign publications, originally part of the library of the museum of the Union of Pages in Paris.

The manuscript memoirs (in all 248 p.) discuss Mikhaĭlov's education in Nezhin and at Kiev University; and the Revolution and Civil War in Siberia, particularly Orenburg in 1917 and later with Admiral Kolchak. Also included are third-person memoirs, prepared by Mikhaĭlov, of a police agent, E.F. Mishchuk (touching on the Belis case), and of General P.K. Popov (on Nicholas II). Printed materials include Russian picture postcards; a photograph book"Vidy Kryma" (Stockholm, n.d.); and K.I. Zaĭtsev, ed."Pushkin i ego vremi︠a︡" (Harbin, 1938).

The collection consists of correspondence, manuscripts, notebooks, and diaries (of Vladimir Kozli︠a︡ninov's brother Boris), documents, photographs and printed materials. The collection primarily concerns the monarchist movement in France and the history of the Imperial Horse Guard. Correspondents include Pavel Skoropadskiĭ and members of the Imperial family in emigration. There is a document signed by Anatoliĭ Lunacharskiĭ dated 1918, and a photostat of a decree by Catherine II granting the title of count to the Orlovs (1762). Printed material primarily concerns the monarchist movement in emigration. Included also is a copy of a book by V.F. Kozli︠a︡ninov, "Manuel Commʹemortatif de la Garde a Cheval" (1931).

Papers consist of correspondence, manuscripts, a photograph, and printed materials. The correspondence is primarily made up of letters written by M.V. Chelnokov, mayor of Moscow up until the 1917 Revolution. The letters were written to Malinin in the early 1930s. The manuscripts consist of Malinin's memoirs of the 1905 Revolution, of Prince A.P. Old́enburgskiĭ, and of Grand Duchess Elisaveta Feodorovna; there is also a photograph of the latter.

Typescript essay "Imperatorakaia Rossiia i ee otnoshenie k Lifliandskomu dvorianstvu i nemetsko-baltiiskomu natsionalizmu" discusses Russo-Baltic German relations during tsarist times until the reign of Nicholas II and World War I.

Collection includes 67 letters and telegrams, by Alexander's older brother Nikolaĭ; 65 letters and notes, some copies, by Nicholas II, from 1902-1913; a drawing and notes by Alexander III; and drafts of letters by Meshcherskiĭ. Also included is a group of letters in different hands hitherto identified as having been written by Nikolaĭ, Duke of Leuchtenberg, to Meshcherskiĭ.
