The collection was originally held in 15 sequential 3-ring binders. Volume 13 is lacking. An index to all volumes is found at the end of Volume 15. The documents have been removed from their original binders and are maintained in original volume order in folders.

This collection contains typescript notes, handwritten notes, newspaper and periodical clippings, published stock images, postcards, lithograph maps, and ink on linen drawings and sketches relating to the art, architecture, and urban planning of Rome, Italy.
