History / Biographical Note

Biographical Note

Brian Greene (Ph.D., Oxford University, 1987) is a leading theoretical physicist and string theorist. He has been a professor at Columbia University since 1996. He is chairman of the World Science Festival, which he co-founded with Tracy Day in 2008.
