Oversized Materials
Oversize materials: Financial records-ledgerbooks (59 volumes), Photographs,
Scrapbooks (3 volumes)
Pacific Relations Oversized Ledgers
(59 ledgers, various sizes, mostly oversize, in 18 small flatBoxes (Flat
Boxes 414-431.)
(The ledgers are grouped below by the AIPR division they appear to
belong to, and within divisions by subject (receipts, disbursements,
trial balances, other). This is not always clear: for instance, the
International Publications Fund, listed here as a separate division, may
be a division of the AIPR or, judging from some of the ledgers, a
subdivision of the American Council. Where possible ledgers have been
Boxed and listed in chronological sequence, with out-of-sequence ledgers
listed afterward. There are occasional apparent overlaps between
ledgers, and very frequent gaps in series.)
